1 Who These Terms Apply To

These Terms and Conditions apply to all registered users of the p65com platform — referred to throughout this document as "the player," "you," or "your account." By creating an account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are physically located in the Philippines when accessing the platform.
• The information you provide during registration is accurate and complete.
• You are not excluded from online gaming under any personal self-exclusion arrangement.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or using funds that are not legitimately yours.

p65com reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts that do not meet these requirements without prior notice.

2 Account Registration and Verification

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on p65com. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be closed. The balance associated with any duplicate account may be forfeited.

Before any withdrawal can be processed, you are required to complete identity verification (KYC). This involves submitting a valid Philippine government-issued ID and any supporting documentation that p65com may request. The name on your registered payment method must match the name on your verified account.

• Accepted IDs include Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's licence, and PhilSys national ID.
• p65com may request additional proof of address or source of funds at its discretion.
• Accounts under review may have withdrawal access suspended until verification is complete.
• Providing false or misleading identification documents is grounds for permanent account closure.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. p65com will never ask you for your password or OTP via chat, email, or any other channel. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility.

3 Deposits, Balances, and Withdrawals

All account balances, deposits, wagers, and withdrawals on p65com are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). There is no currency conversion at any stage.

Accepted deposit and withdrawal channels are limited to Philippine local bank transfers and e-wallets including GCash and Maya. p65com does not accept credit cards or cryptocurrency as payment methods for any gaming-related transactions.

• Withdrawals are only processed to accounts registered in the player's own verified name.
• Third-party withdrawals — transfers to accounts in another person's name — are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• OTP confirmation is required to complete a withdrawal request.
• Funds associated with active bonus conditions may not be available for immediate withdrawal.

4 Game Rules and Fair Play

All game outcomes on p65com — including slots, fish games, eBingo, and live casino — are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG). Game results are independent of previous outcomes. p65com does not manipulate results, and no strategy or system can alter the mathematical outcome of any game.

• Players must comply with the specific rules of each game category as displayed within the platform.
• Any attempt to exploit technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or glitches will result in account suspension and forfeiture of affected balances.
• Collusion, multi-accounting, or coordinated play designed to gain unfair advantage is prohibited.

5 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting on p65com covers events including PBA basketball, international basketball leagues, boxing, football, volleyball, esports, and other events listed in the Betting section. The following conditions apply to all sports wagers:

• Odds are set by p65com and may change before a bet is confirmed.
• Bets are final once confirmed by the system. Cancellations are not available after confirmation except in specific circumstances covered by the relevant event rules.
• If an event is abandoned or postponed without resumption within the declared period, bets may be voided and stakes returned at p65com's discretion.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event and per player, as displayed at the time of bet placement.
• Winnings from sports bets are credited to your p65com account in PHP once the event result is officially confirmed.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

p65com may offer bonuses, free plays, or promotional credits to registered players from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to their own specific terms, which will be communicated at the time of the offer.

• Bonus funds are separate from your real-money balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• p65com reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of promotional offers — including multi-accounting, exploiting bonus conditions, or other fraudulent activity — will result in forfeiture of bonuses and may result in account closure.

7 Responsible Gaming and Account Limits

• Accounts involved in fraud, money laundering, or identity misrepresentation will be closed and relevant balances forfeited.
• Players wishing to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting p65com customer support.
• Upon closure of an account in good standing, any remaining verified withdrawable balance will be returned to the player through their registered payment method in PHP.

9 Changes to These Terms

p65com may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the p65com platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
